An update on my condition is, I'm pretty well fucked. My prostate is swollen stopping me from pissing without the use of a catheter which is a long tube. My left kidney is on the brink of collapse, right one is gone. Heart is also not performing so I find it hard to breath, lungs have water in them.

I have at last got a decent connection so expect a few posts.
