I was postulating that the "OMG I was underage" thing is bullshit, because this is professionally produced content from a reputable program. I realised later that the email contained an attachment of what look like two passports, which clearly show her date of birth, and make it less likely (but not absolutely certain) that she was under 18 when the photos were taken.
[edit: I worded that strangely. What I mean is that the passport most likely means she was OVER 18, but it is not absolute proof.]
I wasn't trying to contest that 15 may be legal "somewhere." I do not touch anything that's not 18+

It's smart of her (if it is actually the model) to say she was underage because most people, myself included, do not want to be associated with even the hint of potentially illegal content. If it was a straight copyright claim there's less chance of people rolling over immediately.
