if the government would stop all the chemical weapon development... then the need for this type of education would not be necessary and we could have sex the way mother nature intended... NO CONDOMS!
afterall.... where do you think all these new diseases come from... yes, hiv is not new... but was caused by government developing and testing of chemical weapons.
