Slovakia. It's called Protection of personality and must be like this if not stricter anywhere in EU. This is the civil code, not the criminal code.

Filming, capturing voice or taking pics of persons in public or using such creations is ok as long as they are aware of that and therefore can say NO to that. If they say no, you have no consent. If they don't say no, it is considered as their implied acceptance / consent.

Consent is not needed if the material is intended for press, TV or broadcast news or official (government puproses) , scientific or artistic purposes. ..as long as it is not in conflict with lawful interest of the persons.

Glad we have these laws.
