I can show you at least one dude who posts public dick flashing videos on Xhamster and is currently wanted/investigated by the local police. That is not voyeur stuff , just want to say there is a lot of illegal videos on tubes so yes, some of them are real.
Any voyeur stuff that is real (not staged) is illegal with at least two articles of criminal law here and one article of civil code ..
In normal circumstances you can't film persons without their consent, even if they are in public and fully clothed. Another case is secretly filming persons in private and then publishing it, even worse making money off it.
