i have to add something because i think in case of Italy there is some bug.
as the usual semantic search is only limited on locations in case of italy it is the language (what i have never seen like that before).
i tried now wwith different VPNs on different google tlds and i can see porn content - as soon as i change language to italan in the google settings it is gone - even on .com with US VPN and private browser.
I can not believe that this is wanted from Google.
