I think you are ranting because you are Google Butthurt.
If you own less that 5% of Google's voting stock -- your opinion of Google, or chance to influence Google, is meaningless. You had a nice ride, I am sure -- change is constant. If you cannot adapt your business model on the Internet -- your business dies on the Internet.
We adults all know this -- crybabies do not.
