Every kind meat has a specific smell. There is no meat that don't smell at all. You may just like that smell or not. For example, a lot of people I know don't like the smell of mutton and prefer pork meat over it. Personally I just like mutton shashlik and I'm absolutely ok with it's specific smell.

The only meat that has minimum smell for humans is a pork meat. Do you know why?

BTW, why you say you don't see turkey in Spain? Isn't it popular there or what? For example, in my country you can buy anything you want (even frog or kangaroo meat for food perverts) including Spanish Jamon which is officially forbidden for import by Putin's counter sanctions, but is always available in the meat stores
