As I see it...we men have a 50/50 chance with any woman. You can go up to a girl and tell her you think she's hot. If she thinks you're attractive...then she will accept that and maybe a conversation strikes up that may lead to sex later.
If NOT...then I guess by todays rules you just made an "Unwanted Sexual Advance" on her.
I'm not trying to excuse actual rape or "sexual assault". But the definitions of these things are really starting to get blurred.

I totally agree with you. Things like this lessen poor women who were really sexually assaulted. This is to deflect from Moore ,she is Hannity's BFF. Franken was smart,he said I dont remember it happening that way and I apologize. It kills the affect they were going for but the liberals want him on a stake. Which why he called for a investigation of him but it wont matter liberals want to hang him. Liberals are disgusting me , they are all yelling he has to go.
