you say you set up an account so i assume you had an online wallet. Search your emails or you can try 'login help' at the well known ones like blockchain.info or coinbase.com. Chances are you have your wallet there, so fill in your email you opened your account with back then, and they send you the address if it's at either one of them... if it is you know your wallet now and where its at, so all you need is your password (could be asking for a private key as well though, then you're lost).
