Leaders avoid to talk or look the other way about the real reasons when something clearly works dysfunctional.
Heartless people get management positions where it's a must to have a bit of empathy.
Lowering the standards of schools and jobs to have more women and foreigners who are not up to the task just as long as social justice is at work.
