Rochard, this is America. An allegation does not mean someone is guilty as sin. Why did no one accuse him of anything in the past 37 years? They're lying, and here is the proof:

So, different handwriting in different color ink, he was NOT the D.A. as the signature says, AND the restaurant name is not spelled with an "E" on the word "Old", nor did it have a parking lot around back.
