One of the larger avs is already starting to do this... but you cannot host their domains...Carrie for fuck sakes hosting sites and hosting domains are two different things.
Free hosted space would be on the avs systems domains... and there would be a small contract to say they are a commissioned employee therefore visa cannot say this is not an employee.
The larger avs systems already have such employees LMAO
Visa is solely worried that if its another webmasters site there is no way an avs system can guarantee that there will be no changes to the sites... ie all the sudden an approved site is changed to have illegal terms on it.
This is actually pretty fucking funny when you look around and see all the animal sites and r*pe sites... they process with guess who? VISA AND MASTERCARD. So ummm exactly what is the point? its the same set up you have to atleast have a card to get in to see the bad stuff.
I am not suggesting avs systems should allow animal or r*pe by the way. But I do ask the question why does visa feel the urgent need to control avs system sites and content? they are simply using this as a way to get more money...bet your ass there will be a movement soon to call avs systems that jumped thru the hoops already, an IPSP and therefore charge webmasters the 750.00 charge.
Its all smoke and mirrors... they are not done with avs systems yet.
