To answer the question directly - I'd probably say no. The why is not really entirely moral values though. I think the reasoning divides equally between the fact I'm married and that would upset my husband and because I'd make an awful actress if I did get a "shot at stardom". I also have enough to support my family and basic needs are not an issue.

That being said, if ever my child comes to me and says "mommy, I'm hungry" and I have no money to feed her, I'll not hesitate to break ANY of the commandments. So yes, I'd sleep with, steal from, lie to or even kill if that was the only way for me to provide for her basic needs.
