My experience with scriptlance has been ALL bad. Lost a few grand and months of wasted time. In my case the programmers all seem to be keen to get your money, once you pay they put your project to the bottom of their pile and their back bidding peanuts on new projects. I even had one guy hack into my account and give himself a high rating, even tho he never completed my project.
It's funny now I look back but at the time it wasn't I can assure you!
My advice would be NOT to hire anyone from scriptlance. If your project is important hire someone locally so that you can keep an eye on what they are actually doing!
Again this is my experience other webmasters may have had better luck, but I personally I won't be going back there ever again.
