If you hire illegals which saves you 1 million a year and get caught and fined 50k, not much of a punishment to prevent them from doing it again

I am disappointed this hasn't been done before. Anyone caught in the United States illegally should be thrown in prison for five years and then receive a large fine. If they get caught in the country again it will be ten years in prison.
Anyone who knowingly hires anyone here illegally should get a minimum of one year in prison.
