Your OP says charges have been filed. You're still under the assumption he's going after Trump for a mythical collusion made up by the actual colluders. There's no way in hell he's doing that after this weeks revelations. Especially considering he's implicated in the Uranium One scandal. A rookie lawyer would have that shit thrown out the first day. It would be suicide. Now if on the other hand he does quite the opposite he's cleared his reputation, takes down the person who dirtied it and is a shoe in for the next Supreme Court pick.
