No, I understood -- only one out of eleven became a repeat buyer -- I would think that is sup-par. 1 out of 3 maybe repeat buy 4++ times.
Signups are not a meaningful metric really if one of 66 signups buy (11 customer acquisitions) that is a good ratio. But why they are not buying again?
I am assuming 30 days+ have elapsed, if not, then it is too soon to decide anything. a customer nigh buy 2 or 3 times in a month or even once a month or so. Really varies by what they budget or what models are available (or which way the winds are blowing -- very common :P).
