If we talk about law, then rape can only be commited on a female here.. However, our penal code contains another article regarding sexual violence, which can be commited on both sexes, though the possible penalties are not that high in this case.
BTW, being drunk does not release you from liability, so if a girl is drunk and she agrees with sex, that is not considered rape. And this way it is 100% right IMO. Drinking and getting drunk is every person's own responsibility, so fuck those bitches who get drunk, agree with sex and then claim they were raped .. load of crap
