How does it work if you need 10 times smaller dose for it to be deadly?
I mean what is the "normal" does of heroine? Way less than 3 mg (otherwise you would be dead if you got that amount of pure fentanyl)?
Lets say the normal does of herone is 4mg. So if they give you the same amount of fentanyl (4mg is more than deadly 3mg) you are very likely to die. Not sure if many scumbags would deliberately risk that.
So does it mean normal does of heroine is something like only 1mg (sounds way too little for me) in which case dealer may risk supplying same 1mg of fentalnyl instaed?
