Who ever told you that? All medical doctors and nurses licensed to practice in the United States receive training on how to administer vaccines. You should take a look at their curriculum - guess, what, it includes? And also ask yourself why a docore almost always ask if a patient "had any vaccines or shots lately" if they feel sick or have a feever...
