Correlation is not causation, those were starving malnourished people living with poor sanitation. In a first world country with good nutrition and high levels of sanitation, childhood viruses like Measles, Mumps, Polio etc won't be an issue.

They keep refusing to do the necessary studies, it would actually be fairly simple to get them started, but so far the industry has refused, why are they afraid of science and instead wanting to depend on assumption. Afraid of what they will find perhaps.
Unfortunately the industry has taken an anti-science approach with vaccines
