I need to look at the face live for 5 seconds and I can tell 100%...I know real female features too well...hands are a dead giveaway too...feet also...I won't even mention the Adams apple because I hear it can be removed...
Maybe in a picture with tons of makeup and a certain angle it's hard to tell, but in real life I just need a few seconds...
