How to tell Google that a link has been deleted (DMCA)

I've received what appears to be a valid DMCA complaint. Having amended the page and brought the link into compliance with the DMCA, how do I inform Google that the page should be reinstated. Separately, a page has been removed following a complaint but Google doesn't seem to know this.

There is/was a section to report that a link has been made compliant or simply removed. I cannot for the life of me find it now that it's needed. This is not the counter-notification function, just a method to report the change to Google. Such a thing does exist.

On a separate but related note, I've received a handful of invalid DMCA complaints purportedly from Chaturbate. After contacting them to complain, they've said people are using their information to issue false complaints. Has anyone been a victim of this? How does one distinguish between a Chaturbate (or Multi Media LLC) generated complaint versus a false complaint?

In my case, the false complaint listed the correct LLC and sounded plausible, however the pages contained links to profiles without anything else. Chaturbate said this was not their complaint and cited a Techdirt article.
