I worked for Dating Factory for over five years. At the time, they were located in Ukraine, and most of their tech staff was Ukrainian / Russian. This was odd to me at first. Eventually I got to know them and frankly, Russians are no different than Americans. Americans might have a higher standard of living, and there are slight little differences (What kinds of cars they drive), but at the end of the day the only difference was where we were born. We all had the same identical hopes and dreams.
