There is a 18 wheeler they are testing that goes 1k mikes. It's electric with batteries but uses hydrogen to charge the battery.
The thing is battry/electric is like cutting the cord from big oil.. Hydrogen let's them keep you leashed to the pump...
Battery/electric will be good enough to serve most drivers, but the big oil companies will use their dollars to push hydrogen so they can keep people leashed to the pump..
Can't go letting people charge their cars at home for a few cents a mile..That wouldn't be very good capatilism..
