I don't see anything funny here, because it's a real tragedy and I feel for all the killed people. But why they (Americans) don't understand that there is something definitely wrong with their country?.. Why don't they still haven't changed the Constitution to forbid firearms? America is not the country where firearms can be available for civilians. To be honest, most of their cops should not be allowed to have guns too...
