Yes, she is an ingrate and a bad leader.
Wading in water doesn't make you a good leader or even a good person. Ray Nagin did the same thing in New Orleans during Katrina.
He was hailed as a HERO by CNN.
He is now in Federal prison for stealing money during Katrina.
That's what a Mayor who is waist deep in water with a bullhorn means...NOTHING.
Action is what is called for. Not photo ops for your lying, fake news CNN to broadcast.
Why isn't she going to the meeting with the other mayors , the governor, FEMA, and the military to coordinate efforts? Why is she not allowing food and supplies that are sitting RIGHT THERE to be distributed.
