Before transitioning, mandatory 2-years of therapy is required. A doctor has to sign off that you are ready, sure and can handle the emotional upheaval. I didn't click the link yet but I'm curious who paid for hormones, $50,000-$100,000 for surgery, etc. If insurance, it should be paid back.
Age 14 is too young for such a drastic change.
