I have a few friends in the NYC area who are actually looking for space. I'll put you in touch with them. Yeah I've seen Kiko's studio space and there were alot of fancy things around to create great content with.
A quick question for you - if she's not out there trying to be the Asian Danni Ashe, what's she doing these days instead? She seemed pretty passionate about her work, and I can't imagine her doing anything else.
