people get EXACTLY what they expect when I give them a photo or movie of a naked chick, I don't promise them they can meet that girl or she wants to meet them. A rational reasonable human being knows exactly what he's getting with pornography.

the penis enlargement people are outright deceiving people, preying on their desperation, banking on that desperation.
when the day comes that there is a pill or technique that can really deliver a bigger penis then all the more power to those companies who can deliver people that, they'll be giving alot of troubled insecure men some relief. what these snake oil salesmen are doing is setting up people for additional disappointment and depression.

there are people out there who do help people with their self image, go to a doctor/dentist for a consultation for all sorts of cosmetic procedures, breast implants, teeth whitening, hair restoration, nose job, whatever - the doctor will take time to find out the person's expectations, show them photographs, make sure the person understands what's possible and what isn't in their case. They don't over-promise because they are decent human beings and professionals.

Drug companies are guilty of some of the same things but at least a drug goes through YEARS of testing and has to prove some level of real efficacy before it's released. None of this penis enlargement crap has gone through any remotely scientifically credible testing.
