afaik fallout wont be that spreaded out. also, the only dense populated areas in Russia close to NK is Vladivostok. and it aint even so close...
also, half of Europe had to accept what happened in USSR Chernobyl, without any warnings from Russia/Soviets/name it as you wish

the only nervous countries should be South Korea or China.
but seriously, I hope that nothing will happen there. and if someone has the idea to disarm NK, I think thats the last chance...if they could only do it like Israeli did with one plane attack...but sadly that wont be a case here
