I assume this must be sarcasm or something, cause I clicked this thread 30 minutes ago, and I was knowing I had an account there but I was not able to log in, long story short, I hesitated shortly to avoid humanly contact today and NOT find their support info, but something told me to go ahead anyway and try it. Frank approved Skype request in 8 minutes, and within 5 minutes all was solved.
