sure you stopped there because the reality is not your best friend.
immigration = people coming to LIVE in another country (very hard to get that in Germany)
refugees = people what are fleeing from a war, a natural disaster, or from persecution based on sexuality or political conviction - they will NOT stay in a country but have the right to do be hosted.
this is based in the geneve convention what was signed from 99% of all countries in the world.
but it seems only germany and a few other countries remember that they signed it.
so you should be persecuted in your country because of your political conviction (which is quite probable) you also have a right to asylum.
