The Americans are joking on Russians that we film everything on camera. Everybody has a mobile phone with a camera and even cars here are often equipped with dashcams. When a meteorite has hit a distant Siberian city, it was filmed from 10's different points. Also here in Russia we have a
Law which says that everybody has a right to film police on duty (you can't film a private person if he doesn't want it, but only if he's not on duty). And you say it could happen that such a thing as a policemen shooting someone dead couldn't be filmed by at least someone on camera? I have serious doubts on that, man...
A video of a policeman who has clutched his holster (not a gun, just a holster) without a reason, only because the guy with a camera didn't obey him:
He has been filmed on camera, it was shown even on federal TV and he has lost his job after that. Could this happen in the USA?
