It's a leaderless movement, propelled by its own momentum.
If I had to pick one individual, I'd say Spencer, but many in the alt-right couldn't give a fuck about him. Most of those you mentioned would be considered "alt-lite"...bar Putin, obviously, who wants to kill all non-whites, and all whites who sympathize with non-whites :D
