Russia had been threatening to use it in Syria, but both USA tomahawks and Israelis jets bombed the fuck out of Syrian bases a few times in the s400 protected space and s400 hasn't even moved in any of these cases, let alone try to shoot and intercept anything.
and now a NATO country has 4 s400 missile launchers that they can use against Russia and it's terrorist allies.
