the real issue here is breadth of content.

there's a reason sites like ixxx.com and iwank.tv rank better than most tube sites even though they don't host any of their own content. they have all the content from pornhub and xvideos and dozens of others, so the user can always find what they're looking for, which leads to better engagement and thus better SEO.

On your site there's lots of things I can search for and get nothing back. That kills any chance you have of competing with pornhub/xvideos/xhamster as a general tube site.

A site that has successfully done what you're doing is Beeg.com. The main differences I see between beeg and your site are 1) simplicity: beeg doesn't hide what it is, you know immediately its not a normal tube, it's just like 20 well-curated videos per day sorted by date with no bullshit...your site looks like its gonna be a normal tube with hella bells and whistles, but then its lacking content. 2) Your video player, you need to work on your video player, it doesn't even have a resolution switcher! you put all this work into making this site and you didn't think to yourself "hey our video player reaaaaallly needs a resolution switcher on account of ALL of our competition has that"?

Also, not having ads isn't a selling point. TBH it sounds like y'all think you're gonna pump up a tubesite like its easy by not having ads (which you seem to think is all you need to do to compete) and then sell it off to some idiot for a big price. That's really not how it works in this industry.

Also you should start up a program for webmasters to sell you their traffic. See hubtraffic.com or partners.xhamster.com. You can actually lose a little money buying traffic and it will help you in the long run with SEO.
