Site is in the signature (doesn't seem to be in the sig so the website is mxxx.com or m.xxx). We don't currently have ADs, we are currently working promoting only videos that are already on the website instead of some random AD network. The only site we where interested in promoting currently is Bongacash but they do no allow the payment methods we are interested in. So we have decided to go AD free for now and have been for a couple months giving the user a more relaxed viewing experience.
Buying traffic is a waste of time we feel, we experience more traffic and a huge return rate than any of these places that sell traffic.
We are not experiencing as much traffic as expected and we are not willing to work so much on SEO as we have dealt with many SEO companies and quite frankly we believe its a load of rubbish. Anyone can start a company and say we will increase your traffic but wont receive results for up to 6 months. If that's the case then the user shouldn't expect to be paid until results are seen. If we offer a service we deliver straight away or wait until what we have provided before asking for any type of payment.
We have a lot of funds and some assets but we need a manager or site coordinator to help things move forward.
We will potentially be giving away the domain bmov.com (could stand for boobmovies, babemovies) As well as many other things. We are just asking for some good advice. Our main ambition is to have more promotion. We need to find someone who can work on the social media side (Twitter/Reddit).
Maybe what we are saying is a load of bulls**t that's why we are asking for your experience.
