AVN Media Networks Inc. is responsible for lack of moderation on GFY and allowing attacks based on race, sexual orientation, using a members child in repeated personal attacks that have been reported and documented multiple times, etc. If not, what company is responsible? AVN Media Networks Inc. owns the GFY.com domain & platform.
GFY.com presents a TOS as a contract to members that it states are enforced rules and a report function & email to enforce those TOS, which aren't enforced and allows members to be slandered, personally attacked, trolled, etc.
