No my little Board Victem, rules do not go out the window. Want a small list of rules aside from sig rules. How about U.S. Age of majority? People in parts of the world could legally film a 15 year old but do not, is that one porn people follow?
What about title 18 record keeping, yes some are not 100% compliant but everyone tries to do so, even in their warped little heads.
