Trump is a lot of things but he is not the reason that NK now has nukes and/or ICBM's. That all falls on his predecessors.

As you say, several administrations have dropped the North Korean football over the past few decades - but I feel Trump may be the latest impetus for NK to be foolish enough to let one fly soon.

I'm losing confidence that cooler heads will prevail this time.
