It's only a matter of time before somebody does sue Easton and/or APIC. Now that will be a court case worth watching just to see the uneducated idiot squirm.
The only truly sad thing is that any company would take him seriously. Seems he still manages to ride on the back of winning a case that a 9 yr old couldn't have lost over true content theft. It seems that somehow convinces people he has half a clue.
BTW - how many typos, spelling mistakes and instances of bad grammar did you get mixed in with the legalese (that he uses but doesn't have the mental capacity to actually understand) in your APIC letter? You'd think after all these years he'd manage to get at least that right.
Oh well - glad I never started to actually use verotel as a backup. I try to deal only with companies that are professional and no company that employs or uses APIC can be called that.
