Its obvious that KB knew the list was shit before he even sold it, or else he wouldnt be so defensive.
I doubt you'll see your cash, ever Brad... If he was indeed a broker, the initial list seller is far gone. =)
Just write this one off as trusting the wrong person... unfortunately, you wont be the last one to get screwed by the list either Brad.
