AC is always included unless you move into someplace you need body armor. lol Pets are one of of those things... some allow them, some don't. Others just want a special deposit for having them UNLESS they are pits etc. In that case, you lose.

And the weather is something more like what youare used to. We have winters and WE think they are harsh but from what I have read, nothing like Finland. Nice summers, springs and falls on top of a 3 month Winter.

Everything that ANY other large city has without all the BS. Crime is lower. And lots of things to do unless you want an oceanfront beach or SERIOUS mountains. Even have ski resorts. ;-)

You can BUY a house out in the country or further from the cities for 100-150k thats only 20 mins from a large city.
