Why does it work?
When you are in Paris and look at the Eiffel Tower from a 300 m distance,
you deliver to your brain the exactly same visual impulse as you were in your garden,
holding a 15 cm statue of Eiffel Tower in your outstretched arm.
The same system works for many scams.
As long as the input impulses move the brain to produce endorphin, they work.
