I think what the Ruskis and other morons miss is China invests 850 billion plus yearly in other countries, this has nothing to do with what China spends internally but exported money. You think USA has these huge cash reserves in a secret stash somewhere? or they have to borrow money everytime they want to fart????
A LOT of that money comes from China, Chinese Government has re dictated the terms those investments can be made on, which more importantly translates to what they can be withdrawn from.
