Quick question: Anyone notice any weird problems with Google Chrome?

For some reason, GOOGLE CHROME on a friend's PC, Windows 10, up to date etc, stopped recognizing her webcam and mic, and the hardware list is blank. Drivers installed, everything up to date, Chrome plug-ins removed, etc.

Other browsers work fine - only Chrome shows no hardware. Even re-installing it didn't fix the issue.

Anyone else seen this behaviour?
