Damn you have 3 boys?! So young too and all close in age that's awesome! One of the most enriching life changing events is having kids and damn you're just seeing the beginning with the food lol Yeah lots of low carb veggies and spices help you feel filled up but they need that meat protein to help them grow, and it's only gonna get more expensive
But 100% worth it. My kid us older now, I want more, being a Dad is the best wouldn't trade it for anything. Happy for you
