The expression "But the emails" is a stab at the Republican line of attack where they claim Hillary Clinton deleted 30k emails that were never turned over... blah blah blah.
In fact, working at YNOT Mail I have discovered that political emails have an entirely different set of laws, and the SPAM CAN act does not apply.
